  2. Condition of Product: The product should be in its original condition and packaging with all tags and labels attached. It should not be damaged, altered or used in any way.
  3. Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide proof of purchase, which can be in the form of a receipt, order confirmation, or invoice.
  4. Exchange Options: Lavee Design offers exchange options in different sizes but if that’s not possible we provide store credit.
  5. Shipping Costs: Depending on the brand’s policies, the shipping costs for the exchanged product may be covered by the customer.
  6. Exclusions: Some products may not be eligible for exchange, such as final sale items or customised items.
  7. International Exchanges: International exchanges may have different policies and additional costs, such as customs fees and shipping charges.
  8. Exchange Process: Customers can initiate an exchange by contacting the brand on WhatsApp or Instagram. The brand will provide further instructions on how to return the product and receive the exchange.
